Boho Printable Art: Why It Would Look Great In Any Office
I love boho style art and only really discovered it about 18 months ago. After researching and getting to know more about it I am now able to create some Boho style printable collections. Over the next few months, I will be adding more of this art style to my website, and I am excited to get designing.
Some of you may know what Boho means, but for those of you that don’t here is a little bit on what it is:
Boho style is short for Bohemian and is all about embracing a free spirit and artistic vibe. It draws inspiration from various cultures and eras and creates a look that is both inviting and unique.
Core elements of the Boho style:
Natural materials and textures: Think flowing fabrics like cotton and linen, woven baskets, and macrame wall hangings.
Earthy colour palettes: Browns, greens, beige's, and other colours found in nature are key. Pops of brighter colours can also be incorporated for an energetic touch.
Global influences: Boho style incorporates design elements from all over the world, from paisley prints to Moroccan tiles.
Layering and mixing patterns: Don’t be afraid to combine different patterns and textures to create a visually interesting look.
Vintage finds and statement pieces: Unique, one-of-a-kind pieces add personality and a touch of history to the space.
Overall feel: Boho is about creating a comfortable, relaxed, and inspiring atmosphere.

Growing popularity:
The casual and creative space: Boho art has become increasingly popular over the years, especially in offices. There has been a shift towards a more casual and creative work environment. Many companies are moving away from the traditional, sterile office aesthetic and embracing a more relaxed and creative vibe. This is also obvious for the remote workers wanting a more comfortable space to work in.
Boho art, with its focus on natural textures, warm colours, and unique pieces, reflects this shift perfectly.
Affordability and accessibility: Compared to traditional artwork, boho printable art is incredibly affordable. This allows businesses to decorate their offices without breaking the bank and employees/self-employed to personalize their work-spaces on a budget.
Versatility and mood-boosting effects: Boho style offers a wide range of aesthetics, from minimalist to maximalist and eclectic. This allows offices to find boho art that complements their existing decor and creates the desired mood. Boho elements like nature themes and warm colours can promote feelings of relaxation and focus, which can be beneficial for employee well-being and productivity.
Personalisation and self-expression: Boho art encourages personalisation. with printable art, employees can choose pieces that resonate with them and create a workspace that reflects their individual style. This can lead to a more positive and comfortable work environment.

Why Boho is perfect for the office:
Forget the stark, sterile walls of yesterday’s office. Boho art is on the rise in work-spaces and for good reason. Firstly, boho’s affordability is a major plus. Unlike traditional artwork, boho printables are readily available online (Check some out here) and won’t break the bank. This allows people to decorate their offices with a variety of pieces without a hefty investment. They can also be changed at will because of the cheaper price tag.
Beyond affordability, boho art printables boast incredible versatility. The style offers a wide range of aesthetics, from minimalist prints featuring calming nature themes to vibrant, maximalist galleries bursting with colour and pattern. This flexibility allows people to find boho art that suits their needs.
Finally, boho art encourages a sense of well-being and individuality. Core elements like natural textures, organic shapes, and warm colours contribute to a more relaxed and inviting atmosphere, potentially boosting focus and productivity.
